It's Game Changing! Celebrate the Power of Small Wins

Celebrating small wins will bring your game to a new level. Setting and achieving small goals allows you to link positive feelings with the effort you  put into achieving that goal. Ron contends, "You begin to build momentum, you become more confident, courageous, and creative and your energy level dramatically increases."  Whether it's on the court, in the classroom or in the workplace, Ron helps his listeners develop the skills necessary to put themselves in position for the big victory.

Today’s Visionaries, Tomorrow’s Leaders

America is starving for new and dynamic leadership. New vision is required. Tomorrow’s leaders are summoned. Ron’s empowering message challenges the visionary-listener to step forward with confidence, take risks and be grounded in Godly principles. We need servant-leaders uniquely qualified to fulfill the urgent assignment, equipped with passion, a sense of duty to “give their full heart, enriched by honest service, love, sacrifice and courage.” – St. Francis of Assisi

We Remember the Names

"I have long believed that sacrifice is the pinnacle of patriotism." (Phillip James Bailey) We must never forget the names of our fallen heroes. God never forgets them. He feels the agonizing pain and deep sorrow of the families and friends left behind. Ron reminds us that His sovereign hand is moving throughout the past and in the present, giving us greater courage to face an unknown future.

The Urgency of Now

Our time on this earth is brief, and we are aware of its fleeting nature. Let's not be the generation of shattered potential. Ron charges, "It's time to leave our comfort zone, step forward with strong leadership and be a light for a hurting and ever-changing world." There is no time for business as usual. Ron challenges the  listener to be someone who is in pursuit of a good race. Be accessible. Be someone to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. Be available to give a word of encouragement. Brad Formsa writes, "Ordinary people's lives are turned upside down as they start looking for unusual opportunities to give." Use your gifts.  Make a difference now.

The Power of Choice – How You Can Make a Difference

Abraham Lincoln once wrote, “One person can make a difference, simply daily acts that touch others, normal people offering extraordinary services, whatever you are, be a good one.” Ron suggests that even the smallest of gestures make the world a better place, an encouraging remark, buying a cup of coffee for a friend, calling someone with whom you haven’t spoken in quite some time, or attending a Little League baseball game (even though your kids have “left the nest”). In James 1:22, it says, “Be doers of the Word and not hearers only.” True and heartfelt difference-making cannot be delegated; it is personal. Ron challenges his audiences to go to where God needs them the most and to be bold in their mission. Be someone who others can trust. Be empathic – understand how others feel. Be a person of your word. Be a mentor - helping others to reach their full potential. Create value for others and always remember those who have helped you along the way, for they made a difference in your life.
